How much does Top Notch Solutions LLC Pay?

Depending on the client you will be paid between $9 -$20 an hour

How often will I get paid?

Semi-monthly around the 1st and 15th of each month

Will I have a set schedule?

No, you will have the freedom to pick your own schedule every week as you see fit. However, most clients do require a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Yes, as an independent contractor, you work for yourself so therefore you are required to pay your own taxes, you will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year.

Is there an age limited to apply?

People aged 18 and above may apply. We offer no limits to the number of household members that we can contract.

Can I use a Mac?

Some clients now permit the use of some Mac operating systems.  Macs must have an Ethernet port. Mac Book Air and Mac USB-C ports will not be supported. Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows MUST be installed

Do I get something for referring my friends?

Yes! For every friend, you refer to Top Notch Solutions LLC, you get $50! They must complete their first 90 days servicing a client and you must be actively servicing a client to receive your referral bonus. All referral bonuses are paid on the closest compensation deposit date after the 90 days. So, tell all of your friends and family and enjoy some extra cash in your pocket.

Are there any costs involved with signing up as an independent contractor?

 Yes, there is a cost for signing up for a certification course per client. The certification cost ranges from $20-$150 depending on client course selected.

Can I service more than 1 client?

Yes, absolutely. We do not recommend taking 2 certification courses at the same time though. Each class is a commitment of 4 hours class time a day and 2-3 hours homework which would equal 12-14 hours committed a day to 2 clients. Not to mention you are taking in a lot of information and it is easy to get overwhelmed with two classes. My advice would be to finish one class, service the client for at least the first SOW (statement of work) period (about 90 days) so that you feel proficient enough to handle the client and then take on a second client.

How long are the certification courses?

 The certification courses time frame is about 3-6 weeks.

Is there a background check?

Yes, however, we are a background friendly company.

Is working from home hard?

No, but it's not for everyone. You will have to be a self-motivator, a self-starter, able to multitask and have patience but most importantly have to know how to work a computer.
